Resume Tracker is designed to make the process of reviewing resumes, calling potential candidates, interviewing, and hiring a more organized task. If you've ever had to pour through piles of resumes to fill a position, you know it can be overwhelming.

The idea behind Resume Tracker is that after you review a resume once, you don't really need to see it again unless the person has been selected for an interview. By entering all of the important details into Resume Tracker, you can then later search for and read about only the candidates that best fit the job. This makes the process of narrowing the field much quicker and more accurate.

Although this file is tailored to hiring personnel for production and post-production positions in the broadcast industry, it can easily be customized to fit your own specific needs. Most fields and pop-up windows can be customized by the user.

LIST SCREEN –
The list view shows an overview of all of the records on file, or a subset of records defined by you. For example, you can perform a search to show only the candidates that are applying for a particular position.

In addition, there is a rating system that is easily visible for each record. Using this 3 tier rating system, you can easily find the strongest and most qualified person from the list.

CONTACT TAB – The contact tab screen keeps track of the basic contact information for the candidate. Name, address, phone, e-mail and URL (if the person has their own web address).

INTERVIEW TAB – The interview tab screen keeps track of who performed interviews, and on what date. In addition, there is a notes area that can be used to enter date/time stamped notes about the interview.

NOTES TAB – The notes tab allows you to enter and review date/time/user stamped notes about anything related to this candidate. Because the notes are stamped with the user name, you can keep track of comments made by different individuals.

HIRED TAB – In the event that a candidate actually gets hired, you can enter all of the important details related to employment on this screen. Salary, vacation time, and benefits are just some of the information that is tracked here. You also have the option to print out a hard copy of this information to file, or to give to the new employee for their own records.

SEARCH TAB – All of this information would be difficult to manage without the ability to search for what you want. Using the search function you can quickly and easily find what you're looking for.
